The Cross
Powerful, mighty, untouchable and great is the cross I look up to with the vastness of the heavens floating above it. Yet privately and personally I am touched in my heart with the sincerity of who hung upon that cross and gave His life up for me not just for unknown sinners that had been and would be but for little old me in the year 2010. Christ knew who He would bleed and die for and I was one of the billions He gave His spirit over for that I may be granted the possibility of eternal life with Him and in Him. The symbol of the cross stands two fold for me grand and out of reach yet, I can grasp it and feel His pain in my soul and I am able to celebrate the life that He lost so that He and I could both live together in the peace of Heaven one day.
