Jesus Christ is the ultimate leader. He led by example. He loved and accepted people on the outside of society. He empathized with others and looked for a way to relate to every person he met.
In our world we see our differences and it causes division. We are different and that should be embraced but we must never forget that we are all similar, we are all human. We are brothers and sisters of a loving father – God. If you want to be an excellent leader then follow Jesus Christ who is the ultimate leader.
