Do you ever feel like life is taking your breath away, and not in a good way? In the way that is a non-stop motion of endless things to do, places to go, lists to check off and there is no box that says stop or relax. You know exactly what I mean don’t you?

1) Stop moving
2) Be still
3) Take a breath and then release it
4) Repeat step 3
5) Imagine you are sitting on that bench and let yourself be lost in the picture for at least a full minute.
