SNOW DAY
Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoy my job of teaching but this morning when the news said all Catholic High Schools are closed due to the snow storm I was happy. I was so happy I did a happy dance!! I was able to go back to bed for another two hours. I woke up and my children discovered “Buddy” the elf had returned for St. Nick’s Day. We went to the grocery store, we decorated the house with our Christmas decorations. I even sat on our couch and read a newspaper while my son played Christmas songs on the piano for me. It was a wonderful snow day!!! One of the best parts of teaching, other than my awesome students, is being off for snow days with my children.
