Which person do you think you are? Do you really know? Which person do you think others perceive you to be? Which person do you want to be?
If you want to bring energy, have energy. If you want to bring light, let the light shine through your actions, words, and love. If you want to bring oxygen, bring more life to others, give them room to breath, be concerned with their lives, ask about their feelings, be considerate.
Too many times in life our negative thoughts become actions and before we know it the words are escaping from our lives and we are bringing others to a horrible place of sadness and oppression. Other people have an influence on our thoughts, attitudes, emotions, and ideas. It takes time but mindfulness, meditation, and thoughtfulness can help start the process. Prayer, and being around other positive people who can model the behavior are both great starts as well.
