Peace
The amount of peace I feel at Sacred Heart is amazing! This is the first time in 4.5 years that I have been able to sit at work and just create without a feeling of pressure from time, circumstances, and entirely too many tasks. It gives me a peace within my mind and body. I am off of auto pilot and instead fulling aware, intentional, and able to ultilize other talents. It has only been a few days but it already feels like home.
Peace comes from within. It bubbles up gently from our soul and soothes our mind and our body. Peace allows for balance and harmony. Peace orginates from God. Thank you God for this peace!
