Never underestimate the power of positive thinking. I just listened to a TED podcast on optimism. There were many discussions about how much influence optimism has on our lives. There is evidence that positive thinking has helped with health issues, as well as goals. Having the belief that good will come makes one put forth the effort to find the good and it happens. Today, think of the best alternatives, think of the positive, be an optimist and notice how much better your day will be.
