Spencer about to run off the diving board
Spencer was getting ready to run off the diving board and to jump into the 12 foot deep water of the pool. How many times as adults do we stand by and say “I would not run off that diving board!”? We think we could get hurt, how would we appear to others, why would we jump into the deep? We adults have too many reservations, to many limitations and not enough impulse. We have been trained to think first and it serves us well in raising our children, making a paycheck and paying the bills. But once in awhile we should break free run, jump and dive into that deep water.
Sometimes we need to loosen up and just jump in!
