With the intention of loving
kindness she takes a deep breath in, slowing her thoughts her actions have ceased, in stillness she waits. She is waiting for a feeling, an emotion, a comfort, a contentment, unsure that it will ever come.
Another deep breath in as she exhales she releases the tension that restricted her thoughts. Loving compassion, the words repeated again. She lets it go; the fear, opens one hand and then the other, she gives it back to the world, it can no longer poison her inner being. She has to let it go.
With open hands, a relaxed stance, a contentment and an intention of loving compassion. She feels lighter and free from the weight that once oppressed her, she is freed by loving compassion.
