Happy New Year!!! Well, it’s here the year 2015! What will you do with this new year? Psychologists stress that when we make New Year’s resolutions we make them realistic. If we say, “I am going to lose 100 lbs.” we will be sorely disappointed that we have a difficult time losing 5 lbs and we will give up completely. So this year set attainable small goals for yourself. Try to review last year and find something you would like to change about your life or yourself and take small steps to change it. Another suggestion from psychologists about our resolution is that we tell someone else about it for support. Good luck and I will say a prayer for you to work on your resolution.
