“Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my savior.” Psalm 26:5
How many times have you thought to yourself, “I CAN do this! I CAN do it on my own!” How many times have we become overwhelmed, exhausted, and felt defeated by life? So many times we forget an extremely important factor in completing anything and everything, God. I can do all things (not alone) but through Christ who strengthens me. We need to ask God to be our mentor, our guide, and our savior. God will give us the energy, motivation, strength and the endurance. God did not create us to take on the world alone, but with his guidance, support, and love.
How well do you do it alone? Stop attempting to do it alone. God is our creator, Father, supporter, and the one who will never leave our side. Open your heart and allow God to teach you, guide you, and save you.
It was a milestone in my life when I came to realize that I was NOT the only person responsible in another’s life to bring them to faith – to salvation…that is what the Messiah did – and even Jesus didn’t bring all 12 apostles to realize his role. I’m not the Messiah, I won’t be all to all…God will use me and others.
