Have you felt that anxiety, the tightening of your organs, the redness of your face, the raising of your voice, the aching of your head? It is frustration and I know it well. I am a mom!
Take a deep breath, count to 10, walk away, call a friend, go outside, change the scenery, meditate, go for a run, garden, listen to music or pray. Find a way to cope so it doesn’t eat you alive.
