Advent Candles at my church
It’s the first Sunday of Advent. There is so much to do. So let’s hurry up and wait. That’s right I said hurry up and wait. Advent is about the coming of Christ Jesus. Our role in advent is twofold; we are to prepare our hearts for his coming through repentance and reflection and to wait by slowing down, praying more and watching for Him. Take some time today to slow down and reflect on what the coming of Christ means in your life.
