I can’t stand negative energy. I can feel it when I enter a room. When I witness the whispering, the wrinkled up faces in judgement of others. I can feel it when people talk about others. There is a density that is suffocating in it’s presence.
I welcome positive energy. I can feel it when I enter a room. When I witness people talking to one another, with smiles on their faces or looks of compassion, empathy, and love. I can feel it when people encourage and lift each other up. There is a lightness that lifts my spirit in it’s presence.
Each day we can choose the energy we will bring to every room we enter. Do you want to drag people down or lift them up? Do you need to judge or did God design you to love. The choice is yours, but choose wisely because it will effect your relationships and your life.
