Aaron after he completed his 1st triathlon

Aaron after he completed his 1st triathlon

My husband just completed his first triathlon this weekend. He swam almost 1 mile, biked 24.8 miles and ran 6.2 miles in 2 hours and forty four minutes. He did this because he worked hard to condition his body. He took swim lessons and practiced a few times every week, he ran 6 days a week to prepare for this race. You may look at him and say, “Well, I could NEVER do that.” Let me tell you yes you can. If you take the time to condition your body. If you dedicate yourself to that goal and day by day commit yourself to training you can do anything you set your mind to doing. Aaron’s commitment to conditioning and dedication to his goals are encouraging to me as well as my children. He sets a goal and he achieves it and that is encouraging!
