Me and Aaron at the Bats game

Me and Aaron at the Bats game

Among all the lists of our lives, places we must drive our children, games and practices we attend, school events, grocery shopping trips, and all the other chaos, we should never forget our spouse. We need to make sure we take the time to go out on dates. If we don’t one day when the kids move out and our world moves on we are going to look at each other and not recognize the other. Dates are good for bonding, renewing the reason you started dating to begin with, and to have fun together. Dating also sets the example for your children about how important it is in a marriage to take the time to go on dates. Maybe they will do the same thing when they grow up.
