Take a deep long breath, release it. Take another deep long breath, exhale it. Relax and go to a place in your memory that was peaceful, serene, and filled with beauty. Close your eyes and stay there while taking a few more deep breaths. Then thank God for giving you that memory and this life.

Repeat daily for a lifetime and notice the difference.
