Fall leaves
God is the greatest artist with the most beautiful canvas available to Him. Film, video, art cannot captivate our eyes and souls like the strokes of God’s brush along the canvas of our earth. God’s natural beauty will never be captured completely by humanity. So, when we see it we should value that moment and honor it with Thanks and Praise to God for creating it and allowing us to share in His beautiful glory.
perfect thought to lead into chapter 5 in our Why Catholic? series. God not only graces us with the beauty of creation, God charges us with the responsibilty of caring for it, with the mandate to pass it on better than we found it, to the future generations… I’m getting better but I’m not there yet and God is going to ask me about that one day…
