Game of Life
I came home from my class the other night and witnessed three of my children playing the board game of life with my husband. It was quite humorous to listen to them having children, suing one another, and paying one another. Whoever has the most money at the end of the game wins. Hmmm! I believe that is the game of life in our culture. Thank God I am teaching my children to live counter culturally. The person with the most money at the end of their life is not the winner. Suing another person and taking their money is not celebrated in my life. The winner in my game of life is the person who has lived to love others unconditionally. The person who has given all they are to others. The person who has the deepest relationship with themselves, others, creation, and God.
In your life who wins the game? The person with the most money or the most sincere love and relationships? Just wondering….
